Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your email accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a new mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect emails from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and guard your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
